Recently I experienced that could not playback FHD(1920x1080) single bitrate(4500Mbps) content on iOS(11, 12).

I tried upload->encode->publish by using AMS rest API, at that time I customized the preset to 1920x1080 with 4500Mbps.

Also tried upload->encode->publish by using Azure portal, at this time I used the preset named "H264 Single Bitrate 1080p".

Both of them could not play on iOS 11 and 12. I am using Azure media player.

I do not see any limitations listed on our page talking about single bitrate H264.
