i'm developing a software that call throught WebServices the search server and retrieve the result of a fulltext query (pdf content).

i need to search a word with wildcard and wss not permit this. i've read that Search Server Express 2008 add more functionality to the standard wss search engine, and i need to know if with SSExpress i can make fulltext query with wildcard into wss database.
