I have built a C++ DLL in Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 that makes calls to a Web reference.  I’d like the Url for my web reference to be set at run-time.  I thought I’d be able to specify this in the properties of the web reference; however, "Url Behavior" is not listed as a property for my web reference.  Only the properties Parse Files, SCC Files, Name, Filter and Unique Identified are available.
