There is web page where admin will fill in all the information.
Then when admin clicks on a button it will automatically create Dynamic URL, and will fill all information in this web page with the stuff which admin entered in admin web site.

So whats the issue, I guess you want to know about Query string. If you want to create url dynamically, make a query string and get all information in it. After that on the page you are redirecting, have a logic to take data from query string and populate its controls accordingly.

My problem is I am new to c# .net and i dnt knw how to create dynamic url that is first this i want to know.

When admin will click submit... it will automatically create URL for one new web page.... and it will automatically fill all information filled by admin.

Thn admin will take this url and will send to all customer for review of that event.

Please give me some idea through code also.
