We've started seeing the following messages:  "The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator."

We are running a SharePoint 2013 On-Premise Enterprise environment.  The message appears when you click on some subsites, documents and when some workflows are running.  The site is a trusted site.

have you configured Alternate access mapping correctly? if so, so u use published public URL through TMG ? if so, ask the system administrator to uncheck verify normalization option from TMG Rule.
