我收到无法加载用户个人资料"当我单击Mysite并刷新浏览器后，它运行正常.有时我们会得到，但并非总是如此.在日志中有时会显示WCF端点超时，而其他时候 有时什么也没显示.对我来说很奇怪，但是UPA配置一切正常.

I am getting "Could not load user profile" error when i am clicking on Mysite and after refreshing the browser it is working fine. Some times we are getting but not all the time. In the logs some times it is showing WCF end point time out but other times it's not showing anything. Strange to me but UPA configuration everything is ok.

To troubleshoot the issue, check things below:

1.删除用户配置文件服务应用程序的不必要的管理员.转到SharePoint管理中心->管理服务应用程序->突出显示UserProfile Service Apllication->从功能区中选择管理员->删除不必要的 用户/组.

1. Remove unnecessary administrators for the user profile service application. Go to SharePoint Central administration->Manage Service Applications -> Highlight UserProfile Service Apllication -> Select Administrators from ribbon -> Remove unnecessary users/groups.

2.检查是否已启动ForeFront Identity Manager服务.转到管理工具->服务.

2. Check if the ForeFront Identity Manager service is started. Go to Administrative Tools -> Services.

3.重新创建用户配置文件服务应用程序.
