目标框架字 [英] target frameword

我在visualstudio 2008中工作过项目.最近我在vs 2010中打开了该项目.但是浏览器显示错误，即targetframework4.0 ..我不知道如何处理该错误.

I did work project in visualstudio 2008.And recently I opened the project in vs 2010.But the browser displays error i.e. targetframework4.0..I did not understand how to deal that error.
