I have a reseller that purchased Vista Business (part# 66J-06353) they claim it was part of a promotion that if they purchased the Vista Business they woudl qualify for a free upgrade to Windows 7 Pro when it came out.  They have been trying to get the Free Windows 7 Pro upgrades without success.  I have found the following link  http://www.microsoft.com/windows/buy/offers/upgrade-option.aspx
but there is no info on the form they need to complete and where they mail it, and when they call the 1-800 Microsoft number they get transferred and then told since its Canada they need to contact their reseller, who of course came back to me.
