we have some webAPI and we are putting them behind APIM. Big question now is, we have 1 API that enables users to upload a file (IFormfile). How can this be achieved by using APIM? Changing the current API somehow is not possible.

I haven't tried this before but I believe it should work as usual. You obviously can't parse the payload but other than that, it should forward your request to your back end.
