On the Azure Portal Dashboard, https://portal.azure.com, when I right click on my "pinned" Web App and choose Stop, it stops the app but the Dashboard still shows that it is "Running". I have to refresh the page to make it display "Stopped". When I right click and start it again, it does not show that the App has started. Again, I have to refresh to page to update the Dashboard. 

Is anyone else experiencing this problem? I notice this only started occurring around mid-Oct 2018. I thought MS would fix it soon but it's been 3 months already.

If I understand correctly, your pinned "webapp" dashboards were successfully auto-refreshing prior to mid-Oct 2018 ?

Checking internally to see if this is a known issue. Please give me some time to investigate.
