I have code perfectly working on IE10 regarding my .executescript code segments.

I also see someone else got issues when executing javascript in coded UI test with IE 11. In my opinion, maybe IE 11 is not supported or there is anything wrong with IE11 and javascript execution of Coded UI test. In order to get this issue diagnosed better, I suggest that you submit this feedback to Microsoft Connect feedback portal: http://connect.microsoft.com/VisualStudio/feedback/CreateFeedback.aspx, Microsoft engineers will evaluate them seriously.
