大家好，

我们已经创建了AD用户组，该用户组已添加到所需的SharePoint网站中.用户访问网站时遇到访问权限错误.但是它会在10到12个小时后自动修复.我应该定义任何特定的工作或时间吗?

We have created AD users group which has been added in to the required SharePoint site. The user getting Access dined error while accessing the site. But it is automatically getting fixed after 10 to 12 hours. Is there any specific job or time should i define?

I would like the user should get the site to access once the AD user group is added in to the SharePoint site.

Are you able to see the added users are available on the site collection ? by trying to typing their name in People Picker ? If not available ,

Please check whether the User Profile Service and Synchronization services are running continuously and also check the forefront identity service has been set to start automatically by going into services.msc
