I have just installed Visual Studio Express for Web so that I can edit my personal website.

Can someone please tell me what I need to do in order to fix this error? I have not installed Azure as I don't need it as the site is hosted by a third party, and I dont need to do any testing on it, I just want to update it, and maybe change some of the functionality of the site.
