I am having a strange issue with VS 2013 Ultimate after updating to Update 2 from Update 2 RC

The update seems to be working fine, except the solution explorer cannot rename, move, or copy files.  I can edit the file name within the Solution Explorer, but upon leaving the field, it reverts back to the original name, moving and copying have the same effects.

There is no error generated, and everything else seems to be working fine.
