我今天早上去开钱，它说我不能使用我的软件，因为尽管我已经使用2年了，但它并未激活.我终于可以进入了，但是后来我无法输入任何交易.所以我关门了，现在我根本无法回来.我没有与银行建立联系，我只使用它，以便将来可以查看交易.请帮忙!!!

I went to open money this morning and it said I could no longer use my software because it was not activated although I have been using it for 2 years.  I was finally able to get in but then I couldn't enter any transactions.  So I closed out and now I can't get back in at all.  I don't hav e mine connected to the bank, I only use it so I can see transactions in the future.  Please help!!!
