Can anybody help me. I downloaded an up date for MSN and now I get the above message. i am not very pc minded and have read some of the threads on hear but could anyone give me a idiots guide as to where to start. i would appreciate it thnak you

If you are runnnig Microsoft Vista, you also need to download and install Visual Studio SP1 and SP1 Update for Vista. If you enter "Side by Side configuration" (WITH the quotation marks) in the above Search Forums field, you'll see many other threads on this topic.
