I'm trying to deploy as a web service an Azure ML model that uses R scripts.  Everything runs perfectly when testing the predictive experiment in Azure, and running it as a batch execution model also works.  But when I try to use the request/response option, I get the following error:

Unable to finish <modelname> test.  Model execution encountered an internal library error.

FailedToEvaluateRScript: The following error occurred during evaluation of R script: R_tryEval: return error: Error in install.packages("pec") : unable to install packages , Error code: LibraryExecutionError, Http status code: 400, Timestamp: Fri, 14 Dec 2018 19:29:23 GMT
