I have 3 virtual machines with size D3_V2 and after a process of stop and start the virtual machine it only shows a 32 Gb disk and the data on the RHEL has gone. Can help me to resolve this issue.

What drive are you referring to? 

每次在Azure中创建VM时，都会为您分配OS磁盘和临时驱动器.每次停止/启动计算机时，临时驱动器将替换为新的驱动器，并且该驱动器上的所有数据都会丢失.无法恢复该数据.

Every time you create a VM in Azure you will be allocated your OS disk and a temp drive. The temp drive will be replaced with a new one every time you stop/ start your machine and any data on that drive will be lost. There is no way to recover that data. 

最佳做法是将数据存储在连接到VM的附加数据磁盘上.您也可以将数据存储在C驱动器上，尽管我不建议您将重要数据存储在OS驱动器上，以防损坏. 

Best practices is to store data on an attached data disk to the VM. You can also store data on the C drive although I would not suggest you keep important data on the OS drive in case of corruption.
