My company hold a MS Gold partnership for "Collaboration and Content" . I as consultant have completed assessment course for "Software assurance planning services". On enrolment step it shows that we are enrolled for "SharePoint Deployment Planning Services engagement but on "Planning services partner portfolio" it still shows inactive.  Microsoft Representative is asking me to fill out business application for the company. I am not sure if this is how it needs to be done.
