In azure site recovery, the replication policy differs from hyperv and vmware.

You don't have a option in VMware to see a consistent point in every 30sec. Here, 5mins a new crash consistent point will be generated and every 1 hr by default app consistency will be generated.

But crash consistent point will be visible only at Test Failover scenario's or if you want an latest one you can try generating one on the VM itself using cdpcli commands.
