我刚刚将计算机升级到Windows Vista，当尝试登录Windows Mail时，出现一个安全框，并要求输入用户名&密码.我尝试使用旧的用户名& XP的密码，除此以外它不会.如何找出这些内容或更改它们????

I just upgraded my computer to windows vista and when trying to log into Windows Mail a security box appears and asks for userename & password. I tried using my old username & password from XP and it won't except it. How can I find out what these are or to change them???
