I have a scrollable window that I allow the user to zoom in and out.

I would like to be able to print the entire form at the current zoom level, something like Visio does.  Ideally, having a print preview like Visio that showed the outline of the pages when you print a really large document.

Presumably this scrollable window has the ability to calculate the visible portion of an image based on a scroll position and window size.

Using a PrintDocument, replicate this same drawing code but calculate the "scroll position" based on the page number and replace the "window size" with the printable page bound size.  Essentially use the same code which draws a portion of the overall document to the screen to draw portions of the document to the PrintDocument, one page at a time.
