I have done format to my computer and then i have download all drivers as needed.But when I try to study the course which is supporting xp operating system , did not work. I checked all the system requirements and everything is fine except 248 RAM instead of 256 RAM. But yesterday I used it with 248 RAM. The date is not expired. But i still could not enter into it. Why?

There is nothing problem with your sytem Setup( OS, Ram), i think you have formatted the software required to open the cousrse material file.

If in case it is a word file, then please install Windows Office on your system it will solve your problem, otherwise you have to install the software depending

upon extension of file.
