I have studied neural network book, i read about network that were in book like CPN,BPN etc. Now i get familair with those. But i don''t know how i can use them in my practical window application, like pattern recognition ,OCR or things(application of neural network) similar to that.

I don''t want to use any API(Like Aforge.net).

Please give me any good source to learn these things by c#.
