On some web sites or links I get the error message that IE has encountered a problem , Then I get the error reportin box.  IE 8 then closes the site and tries to reopen it.  Most of the time this does not work and I go through the whole process again.  Some of the links are MSN links.

I have tried all of the steps to solve this issue that is listed on the Microsoft web site.

This is getting very tiring HELP
