Click on build -> Publish "Your Projects'' name".
Afterwards a clean dialog will Help you publishing the aapp, e.g. by FTP or somehow else. Which way of publishing you can choose or is the best depends on where you are going to host your app.
If you have anything unclear about which method could be the best way of publishing it, contact your hosting company.
