in my Sharepoint 2013 enviroment, when i create a document library and upload a document to it, it does not show modified by column it is just empty, this is on all our libraries in sharepoint, what might cause this issue, or where can i look to see why this is happening, even if you edit the document, it will still not display the modified by.. it is just empty.
