Here is my problem. I have a simple InfoPath form with a dropdown list. The list is configured to get its data from an external source, namely a REST Web Service (configured as "https://site_root_name/_vti_bin/ExcelRest.aspx/LibraryName/Spreadsheet.xlsx/Model/Ranges('MyRange')?$format=atom"). When I preview the form in InfoPath, all is good, but when I publish it and then view in a browser, I get this error:

And REST data connection must call a second time after the form is loaded, or could you tell use what error ID you get in the error details so that we can do more research on it.
