Is it possible we can delete the file using Self-hosted IR in the Azure Data Factory ? Is this functions is available or we can only use Azure Logic App or Azure Function to delete the files.

As far as I know you can only copy files from SFTP source. There is no SFTP sink and no other options that allow you to delete files. So like you suggest a Logic App or Function would make sense, which you can trigger from ADF if desired.
