I'm lost and frustrated over this issue and I could really use some help.

I'm trying to install the Microsoft Integration Runtime client on a client's on-prem server. The installation nearly completes, but will eventually throw an error and revert the process.

From what I can tell diacmd.exe and the DLLs it uses are all part of the msi.
