我在Microsoft Azure中创建了虚拟机(Windows 10).而且我可以通过RDP进行连接.
在该VM中，我安装了Parity和Parity_UI.从RDP成功连接到Parity-ui.但是现在我需要
从外部RDP访问该奇偶校验.当我尝试从外部连接myip:8184时，显示错误页面为
" ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT".

甚至我也更新了NSG和防火墙中的入站和出站规则.
我什至也无法ping通我的VM IP.

我可以为此解决办法吗???

Hi

I created the Virtual Machine (windows 10) in Microsoft Azure. And i am able to connect it through RDP.
In that VM I installed Parity and Parity_UI. Successfully Connected to the Parity-ui from RDP. But now i need 
to access that parity from outside RDP. while i was trying to connect from outside with myip:8184 getting an error page as
"ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT".

Even i had update inbound and outbound rules in NSG and Firewall as well.
I can't even ping my VM ip as well.

Can I have a Solution for this?????
