I Faced a compiler error while converting my project from VS 2005 to vs 2010

"error MSB6003: The specified task executable "CL.exe" could not be run. The process cannot access the file 'D:\...\cl.read.1.tlog' because it is being used by another process."

My projects consists of some libraries and this error appears in5 of them.

 

I wish i get help in this.
