am migrating the DB from one farm to other farm and mount the content DB to SharePoint web application and under that creating new site collection but am not getting the content of original but its showing the list new site only not showing the migrated DB contents.

are you seeing two database on the new SQL Server? Databaseinstance name is correct?

What i am thinking, looks like you created a new content db rather attach the migrated one.
