There is a nominal fee of 2 INR applied even for a free Azure trial account. Now when I tried creating a new subscription, it accepted all the details and deducted the amount but on the final screen it showed the message "There was a problem with your submission. Please try again". So I tried again. And again. In all these tries, the amount kept getting deducted and the amount is not refunded. And I m still left with no subscription. If the submission fails, why is the amount not credited back to my account? And why are we not given more information on why the submission failed...what exactly went wrong with the submission...how will I know this? Please help.
