It is actually quite a hassle to upload any CSV to Azure SQL data warehouse, since it does not support CSV upload directly or INSERT INTO command with multiple values.  One way I was thinking was to use Azure Data Factory to connect to the Azure File Storage, and get CSV file and set up a pipelines so it will populate a table on Azure SQL data warehouse.
