I have a site with Form Library in it. There are multiple content types. Each content type hosts Application form template for that specific year. (e.g. Construction Application Form template for 2017-2018 resides in content type titled "Construction1718", prior year application template resides in "Construction1617" content type etc.) The current Applications form template resides in the default content type.

I am unable to access prior versions of any of the submitted applications using the template forms, regardless of its submission year. I am able to see all of the current versions!
