a-When I mounted 2010 content DB to 2013 WebApplication (existing) and run "Test-SPContentDataBase" command It throw below error(2013 webapplication already having a site collection at [/] URL)
 Database {{Content DB name}}contains a site (Id = [site_ID_], Url = [/]) whose url is already used by a different site, in database (Id =
 [ff4defe8-bed1-4fac-b45e-f2a143f343fb], name =
 [DB Name), in the
 same web application. Consider deleting one of the sites
 which have conflicting urls.
