I am having problem displaying the toolbox items in VS2005. The toolbox won't appear when I try to design a new ASP.NET project. Otherwise, for example, for a C# application, the toolbox appears normally. I actually can see the items in the toolbox but all of them but all of them are greyed and disabled. The only controls that appear normally are the HTML controls. Please help me. I tried many options. I uninstalled VS2005 several time with no sucess. I even upgraded my windows from Win XP Home Edition to Professional even though there should be no relation. I have Mircrosoft WebMatrix and is displaying the toolbox very fine. So, what is causing this strange problem ?

Have you tried resetting the toolbox?  (Right-click on the toolbox and select "Reset Toolbox".)  That might solve the problem (but note that it will undo all your toolbox customizations).  If it doesn't, let me know.
