I think I already know the answer to this, but our IT department have needed to migrate over to a new vCenter, which includes the 30+ machines I have in Site Recovery. I've added the new vCenter to the recovery vault, but I can't see any way of configuring the protected VMs to point them to the new vCenter.

Is there a way of doing this, or shall I start the processes of removing all of them and adding them back in from the new vCenter?

Even with the vCenter moved, the VMs will continue to replicate but the problem is that the health will turn red complaining that the VM was not found on the vCenter. Because vms are tagged to old vCenter as per configuration in Azure. So, the solution is to disable replication and re-enable it with new vCenter discovery.
