I have created a site on SharePoint online "conference room booking" and add a calendar for booking purpose, now allowed employees can access SharePoint calendar and view the calendar but they are not able to view events on the calendar except event creator can see event. 

我想做的就是:要创建一个用于会议室预定的站点日历,因此,如果有任何员工先开会,那么他必须预定会议室,并且该员工应该能够查看其他事件并创建事件,所以每个员工 应该能够查看预定会议室时安排的所有活动.

what exactly I want to do is: want to create a site calendar for conference room booking so if any employee has a meeting so first, he has to book conference room and employee should able to view others events and create event, so every employee should able to view all events scheduled while they book a conference room.

When creating Calendar in SharePoint Online, we can enable the Group Calendar Option like below:

This option will share events between the person added into this calendar, you can add the all Employee into a SharePoint group, then added the group into this Calendar so that everyone will see the events in this Calendar and book the valid conference room:
