我们在内部的Sharepoint 2013环境中拥有http://abc.company.com.我们有几个启用了IRM的文档库.我们将该站点和文档移至在线，并且它是https://company.sharepoint.com.在线文档库 没有启用IRM.现在，当用户尝试在线打开文件时，会说未添加用户，并且可以选择添加用户取消或提交请求.当我们单击提交请求"时，它将带我们进入我们的本地环境.

We have our on premises Sharepoint 2013 environment http://abc.company.com . We have couple of document library which was IRM enabled. We move this site and document to online and it is https://company.sharepoint.com . The document library on the Online does not have IRM Enabled. Now when user try to open the file on the online it say the user is not added and have option to add user cancel or submit request. When we click on Submit request it take us to our on premises environment.

What is the solution so that the user can open the document. We are not able to open the document from our online Sharepoint at all. We are only able to open the document from our on premises environment. I download the file from online and when i try to open i receive the following error which have URL of our on premises environment.
