Recently some updates have broken the SharePoint system and I am unaware of how to fix.

The SharePoint uses the document set feature. Within each document set is a content type that opens up a template. There are required properties to be completed before the document can be saved. In addition, it also auto-populated required document set properties and synchronised them to each document created.

This auto population is now not occurring, and it prompts for this information to be added. Even then this it is not possible to add this information as for instance in the contacts section it says 'currently unavailable', and show details does not work unless you save the document first. Which you can not do as it requires the properties.

The only workaround appears to save the document locally and then re-upload manually where it will auto-populate the data which is not an ideal situation.
