I have the list in SharePoint Online site and only owners can see the results.  If we try with other users who is having contribute permissions, no result is displayed in search result. It is happening for all sites in the tenant. Please assist.

For your issue, please check the following things to narrow down your issue:

1. Check if the users with contribute permission can view the list items. If not, go to list settings->Advanced settings->make sure Read access for all users in Item-Level Permissions.
