Is it possible to install to gather data from an Azure Virtual Machine running in another tenant? I've installed the OMS agent on a virtual machine running in TenantA and entered in the TenantB workspace ID en key but the computer is not reporting and i don't see any errors being logged in the OMS log. The agent shows a succesfull connection.

In this architecture, the logs are not stored in the customer's tenants but only in a central location within one of the service provider's subscriptions. The agents that are installed on the customer's VMs are configured to send their logs to this workspace using the workspace ID and secret key.

Do you have a new/existing workspace in tenant A? If yes can you do a quick sanity test by updating the Tenant A VM with the workspace ID and key sourced from Tenant A Workspace and see if that works? Alternatively, if you have a VM on Tenant B, you can do the same with the exisitng workspace ID+Key from Tenant B workspace.
