I always used monitor windows server in Azure with open source Nagios , now I would like to substitute Nagios with other tool and I have thought at Log Analytics with OMS, is it possible use one central OMS to monitor servers in different subscriptions? Furthermore is it possible be notified when a service no longer running? for example SQL Server service or IIS Service o Apache Service when stop working?

您可以从任何订阅中装载服务器.只要服务器可以连接到Log Analytics，Log Analytics便不会在乎服务器的位置.只要Azure VM在同一Azure AD下，您就可以从Azure Portal对其进行连接，即使您 在其他Azure AD中具有订阅，您仍然可以通过使用ARM模板或脚本手动安装代理来通过这些订阅连接VM.

You can onboard servers from any subscription. Log Analytics does not care where the servers are located as long as they can connect to Log Analytics. From Azure Portal you can connect Azure VMs as long as they are under the same Azure AD but even if you have subscriptions in other Azure ADs you can still connect the VMs from those subscriptions by installing the agent manually, through ARM template or script.
