The Sharepoint 2013 Calendar webpart works well in all browsers in all OS's except iOS. In iOS, the webpart itself being rendered differently. Most of the functionalities like switching between views(Month/Week/Day) is not working from ribbon control. Event tried to change the view programatically using

This is because of the mobile view, won't render function with ribbon control.

In this case, if want to make the ribbon function work as desktop experience, I would suggest you can append
