I went to Edit list through sharePoint which takes me to SP Designer 2013 and when i click on Edit Work flow  and nothing shows up except this (insert a stage by using the stage button on the ribbon).  Other people can access but i know of two of us that can't.  Tried to add a screen shot but system will not allow until account is verified   Can some tell me why this is happening and how to fix it.

What workflow are you trying to Edit?  OOB WFs are not editable, you can only configure them through the UI.
