I see in the posts the same request but no answer: we running Office365, I created teamsite - all running fine.

I've loaded Access App under PAGES but users only have READ rights (need to save local copy) but we dont want this - we want 1-DB.  Any advise please?

Since Access Services are retired from Office 365 and SharePoint Online starting in June, 2017, and Access Services are service applications that enable you to share two types of Access solutions on the web browser.

As a workaround, try to open it in Access client.
