We've been attempting to import the OVA package in to our VMware environment and while the import has completed successfully, when we power on the VM we get a boot failure. We have booted from Server 2012 R2 media and attempted to repair but have been unsuccessful. The OS disk appears to have nothing on it but a "Recovery.txt" file which is empty. I have also tried the previous version (1_0_9_14) and have had the same issue. Our VMware environment is vSphere 6.5 and we've never had issues importing OVA files in the past. Does anyone have any suggestions?

1. Download vSphere client console (and not web client), version 6.0 will work
2. Use the vSphere client to connect to the ESXi host  
3. Go to Home -> Inventory
4. File -> Deploy OVF template -> Browse to the OVA and complete the deployment
