Dear Admins,
We have to Migrate SharePoint 2013 from datacenter to Azure host, since the hosting provider is changing.

2. We will be having a new server build in Azure and install the SP 2013 as similar version to datacenter farm version
3. We extracted the WSP, customisation in the source farm and installed in Azure host

1. Shall I restore the service applications in the following sequence, is enough ?
Business Data Connectivity service
Managed Metadata service
PerformancePoint services
Secure Store service
User Profile service
2. Shall I proceed with Database attach/detach method for the sites collections ?
3. in meantime, we have a plan to SQL Always ON High Availability, shall I progress after migration to Azure or setup read before the migration.

Hi,
Since your SharePoint version and the basic topology are changing you are good. I do not see any issues . you extracted WSP will work with no issues on the Azure host as its from the same version no upgrade needed .
1. Shall I restore the service applications in the following sequence, is enough ?
Before that you must register a managed account and provision Secure Store Service service application, then you do with your order ,looks good.Below is the typical order I follow, you pick yours if applicable

3. in meantime, we have a plan to SQL Always ON High Availability, shall I progress after migration to Azure or setup read before the migration.Yes I highly command that you finish your migration and make sure everything is up and running , especially your SQL servers .. then you can do SQL-A-O HA . no issues
